This review is for a private event: We threw a baby shower for my sister in the Agave section of the venue. At first the planning was a little wonky because the coordinator went out on leave but as we got closer to the event it all smoothed out and everything was easy peasy! The even space was beautiful! I hardly had to decorate. The tables already had cute little candles. There were various faux succulent plants around. Seating arrangements included bar top type seating, seating at the car and booths. I must say, I've never experienced such exceptional customer service. From the time of check in, our coordinator introduced herself, the servers, and bar tender. As we were setting up, the manager, Omar took time to introduce himself as well. Everyone assured us everything will be taken care of. And it was! The coordinator allowed us to move things around and use any of the items within the venue space. Our servers always kept me updated on the food status, cleared tables, and took time to go to each table to make sure everyone was doing good or to check to see if they needed anything. Amber, Casey, Marissa, Simona, and Omar- thank you so much! I've thrown many events and various places and by far, this has been my top experience in regards to customer service! Food: delish! For our event, we had a buffet of various sliders, wings, and cheese and chicken quesadillas . Drinks from the bar were on point! My sister's mother in law said the margarita she ordered was one of the best she's had ...and she's had plenty lol! If i have another event, I will always keep this place in mind! I hope if we ever we book again we get to work with the same team again! They were excellent!

Booked a lane with friends Saturday night, Alexandra took care of us and did a great job making sure we all were never wanting for anything. Gave great suggestions for desserts and non alcoholic drinks for someone in the party.

My husband and I just had a great experience last Friday afternoon at the bar when Randall was working. We had come in to kill some time before we saw a movie across the street, and Randall was so knowledgeable not only about your menu and the establishment, but I couldn't believe how much he knew about sports - college and professional football, but also film - which are two of my husbands passions. It was so refreshing to be able to chat with someone who was so down to earth, and so pleasant to interact with. My husband and I both left there and said to each other that we should plan to come back every other Friday just because of Randall.

Went here for the first time today! Lots of fun activities to do and the prices were reasonable for the food. There just wasn't ton of choices. Especially for soda she listed coke Diet Coke or sprite. Weird. Food was flavored nicely and I definitely recommend the carnita tacos so juicy!

Great place to come in and grab a bite and drinks. Service as a bit slow but it was the weekend so it was expected. Drink prices were ok but the food was good.

We came here for the music bingo. It was fun. We ordered the boneless Buffalo wings ($15) & brussel sprouts ($10). Both were good. The wings had a lot of flavor. The environment was good. There were other people with young kids like us. There's a photo opp in the front that sends you the photo for free. It was cool for a fun Sunday.

Fun place to hang out with friends ! They have so many activities! Bowling darts ping pong karaoke. And more I'm sure. Food was fine but arrived to our table cold and not everyone's food came at the same time and they forgot one person's food. It's loud and lively. It's fun if you want to drink and have fun with friends and don't care about food. Punch Bowl drinks are a fun thing !

Glad to find this fun spot in Victoria Gardens. Many areas to explore in this entertainment center. There were many food options to choose from. I decided to try a Beyond burger, which was just OK. My cocktail ginger/berry cocktail was fruity and not too strong. Our server was patient and helpful when our group was ordering. Bowling was fun too.

Super fun spot to grab a bite to eat! We had a pretty large group and we started over by the ping pong table. A game of darts started up, and then ping pong matches, and we almost got into the karaoke booths. Cool idea though, separate booths for karaoke so you can enjoy as a small group and not have the stage fright of singing in front of an entire restaurant full of people. We had dinner ordered in advance - Mac and cheese, sliders, wings. Food was very good and displayed very nicely buffet style. Our server Marissa was super attentive and kept drinks flowing- alcoholic and non alcoholic. Do wish they were not out of so many of their draft beer selections.

Ok so punch bowl is the spot to hang and have a great time !! It's soo much fun! Went last night and I was impressed! The food was good and the drinks! I ordered the salmon and kale Caesar as my side. The salmon was very delicious and how the vegetables were prepared with bacon bites in it! The Caesar salad was very good and tossed to perfection! Very good with the right amount of flavor! For my drink I had Hennessy sidecar and it was made to perfection. In the cute size cup and sugar rim. The service was exceptional! They attend to you right away and it was really busy on a Saturday night. The security are even cool and easy going! If you need anything They will go ask and get your waiter. The employees wear regular clothes, so you don't know if they are the actual server, but they have good customer service despite that issue. The seats are on first come first serve basis, so it's your job to find a table. They have an upstairs and bar, but downstairs is more live because they have a Dj playing all the jams! Very good music and good time! You can have board games at your table! And they have bowling too! Very fun games and some games they charge for certain amount of people in your party. This is a very fun place! To have a great time, celebrate, and to enjoy a bomb vibe for sure! I had a great time! And definitely will be back! I highly recommend here! -Marshay D.
